GO Markets was established in Australia in 2006 as a provider of online CFD. For over a decade, as the industry and clients’ expectations kept evolving, they have positioned themselves firmly as a trusted and leading Australian regulated broker.
GO Markets currently offers a spread-based and a commission-based trading account. They have more than 350 tradeable CFD instruments including Forex, Shares, Indices and Commodities and Cryptocurrencies. Widely recognised as the first MT4 broker in Australia, They have since added MT5, mobile trading and a web-based platform to their suite of trading platforms.
We were engaged by GO Markets to run their Digital Advertising and design a TTL strategy to increase conversions whilst lowering the overall costs.
The first step was to look over all the existing channels and marketing strategy to find where these could be improved. This allowed us to design a tailored marketing plan which was then presented to the board.
The channels that we were running included Google Ads, Social Media and eDM. Whilst redesign the way in which they communicated out to their audience. Moving away from deals and promotions and focusing on brand messaging to deliver the companies ‘WHY’ message to their target consumer.
We completely rebuilt all the marketing material, this included a rebranding campaign as well as a new website.
By implementing the new strategy focusing on correct messaging, the campaign has seen conversions doubled and CPA (cost per conversion) drop by 200% to $26.74 resulting in 956 conversions per month.
Phase one of a three phase strategy had an estimated additional monthly revenue of $119,500 per month based on a 25% closer rate at the lowest trading tier.
